Houthis claim drone and cruise missile salvo on Eilat and southern Israel — drone intercepted over Eilat

The origin of the apparent drone was not immediately identified by IDF. The day's context provides strong Houthi attribution context: the Houthis had already fired a ballistic missile and a separate cruise missile at Israel on Day 29, with the cruise missile shot down over the Red Sea — a trajectory that passes directly over or near the Gulf of Aqaba/Eilat approach corridor.
