Saudi Arabia intercepts 4 drones over Eastern Province — second wave Day 26, no casualties

Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Defence confirmed on March 25 that air defences shot down four drones targeting the Eastern Province over the preceding two hours (~20:00-22:00 UTC). No casualties or property damage were reported. The Eastern Province is the heart of Saudi Arabia's oil infrastructure — home to Aramco's Abqaiq processing facility (world's largest crude oil processing plant) and the Ras Tanura terminal. This is the second distinct drone wave against Saudi Eastern Province on Day 26: the earlier wave (Day 26 morning) involved 11 drones and ballistic missiles. The pattern of sustained low-intensity harassment — multiple waves per day with small drone counts — is consistent with IRGC proxy (Houthi/Iraqi PMF) strategy: maintain operational tempo against Gulf infrastructure, keep Saudi air defences engaged, and probe for gaps without committing to a full-scale attack that would invite direct US retaliation. Saudi Arabia has now intercepted 15+ projectiles targeting the Eastern Province on Day 26 alone.
