CENTCOM: Operation Epic Fury has struck 1,700+ targets in Iran — missile sites, ships, submarines, command centers

·Iran (nationwide) / Persian Gulf

US Central Command confirmed that Operation Epic Fury has now struck more than 1,700 targets in Iran since the campaign began February 28. Targets include missile sites, navy ships, submarines, and command and control centers. Aircraft, missile systems, and naval vessels were used.

US Central Command (CENTCOM) released an updated operational summary confirming that Operation Epic Fury — the joint US-Israel military campaign against Iran — had struck more than 1,700 targets since the opening strikes on February 28. CENTCOM listed the target categories as missile sites, navy ships, submarines, and control centers. The campaign employed aircraft including multiple fighter jet types, missile systems, and naval vessels. CENTCOM stated it was prioritizing 'locations that pose an imminent threat.' The 1,700 figure represents a dramatic escalation from the 1,000+ figure CENTCOM provided earlier in the week. Earlier CENTCOM had listed its target categories as: command-and-control centers, IRGC joint headquarters, IRGC aerospace forces headquarters, integrated air defense systems, ballistic missile sites, Iranian naval ships, anti-ship missile sites, and military communications. USNI News separately confirmed that Iranian naval forces were a major target, and that the Iranian drone carrier Shahid Bagheri had been struck. CENTCOM refuted Iranian state media claims of a successful ballistic missile strike on USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72), calling it 'false messaging.' Trump claimed Iran now has 'no navy, no air force, no air detection.'

CENTCOM: Operation Epic Fury has struck over 1,700 targets — missile sites, navy ships, submarines and control centers. Iran's military capacity is being systematically eliminated.

Iran Defence Ministry: Despite 1,700 strikes, Iran has not yet deployed its most advanced weapons. Our capacity to resist far exceeds what the enemy has planned for.
