Rocket warning sirens sounded in Kiryat Shmona, the northernmost Israeli city on the Lebanon border, and several neighboring communities in the early hours of 27 March 2026 (Day 28). The sirens followed a Hezbollah rocket barrage from Lebanon. No injuries were immediately reported. Hezbollah has been conducting consistent overnight rocket attacks on northern Israeli communities throughout the conflict. Kiryat Shmona, at 33.207°N, sits approximately 3 km from the Lebanese border.
