IDF kills 30+ Hezbollah in southern Lebanon — 10 elite Radwan Force fighters among dead in Galilee Division op

The Israeli military's 91st 'Galilee' Regional Division announced on 26 March 2026 that troops killed more than 30 Hezbollah operatives — including 10 members of the group's elite Radwan Force — in one area of southern Lebanon during recent days of ground operations. The kills were achieved through a combination of tank shelling, sniper fire, drone strikes, and directing airstrikes on enemy positions. The IDF released footage of the operations. The Radwan Force is Hezbollah's most capable assault unit, trained for cross-border raids and urban combat; the killing of 10 Radwan fighters in a single operational area represents a significant degradation of Hezbollah's elite capability in the western Lebanon sector.
