The Trump administration has approved approximately $7 billion in weapons for the UAE that the State Department was not required to publicly announce, the Wall Street Journal reported. The package includes Patriot PAC-3 missiles ($5.6B) and CH-47 Chinook helicopters ($1.32B), expanding previously agreed deals. This comes on top of more than $16.5B in arms sales to three Middle East countries announced publicly on Thursday.
