The IDF announced completion of several waves of airstrikes on Hezbollah infrastructure in Beirut and southern Lebanon on Thursday evening March 12. The targeted sites included multiple Hezbollah command centers from which operatives "advanced terror attacks against Israel and its citizens," the military said. The IDF had issued evacuation warnings for Lebanese civilians ahead of the strikes and published footage of the attacks. The strikes followed earlier warnings for central Beirut's Bashoura and Zokak el-Blat neighborhoods and the broader south Lebanon evacuation expansion to the Zahrani River.
